Attention to all property and yard details are central to the Estate Package.

Spring Clean Up: includes mulching.
Summer Lawn Care Program: including weekly mowing.
Summer Garden Maintenance: bi-monthly summer garden maintenance - weeding, pruning, dead heading (May through September).
Fall Clean Up: and garden prep for winter.
Winter Snow Removal: for any amount of snow-shovel all decks, walkways and entries, clear out propane tanks and oil fill valves, roof rake as necessary.

Economy Package

Cost conscious care is the backbone of the Economy Package.

Spring Clean Up: (mulch could be applied, but is not included)
Summer Lawn Care: weekly mowing during growing season, bi-weekly mowing during slower growing periods and in the fall
Once Monthly Garden Maintenance: weed, prune, dead head, etc. (June through August)
Fall Clean Up: and garden prep for winter
Winter Snow Removal: for 2 inches or more, clearing driveway and primary entrance only.
